Sweathouse is your cardio and endurance workout. A mix of ski-erg, rowing, cycling and running combined with functional strength exercises. Movements are straightforward and beginner-friendly, and can include some bodyweight gymnastics and basic barbell work. Sessions run around 30-35 minutes including warm-up and cool-down.
