The basis of SweatHouse is based on the methodology of high-intensity interval training, one of the world's fastest growing fitness and cardio trends. We expand HIIT through a fusion of ski-erg, rowing, cycling and running, combined with functional strength exercises. We use kettlebells, dumbells, plyo boxes and medballs for this purpose. You will do two functional strength exercises before going on the ergometers. No further experience is required — just join in and get your strength up and running.
