Why did you choose BLN?‍

I haven't had any good experiences in the big gym chains. The anonymity made it difficult for me to develop motivation. At BLN, it's easy to find contacts quickly and it feels more like team sport. Another positive aspect that I really appreciate is the friendly staff and the clean and modern studio equipment

Definitely the powerhouse

I like the faster bpm's;) - Now U Do - DJ Seinfeld

‍What is your favorite exercise and what is your most hated exercise?

Favorite = deadlift
What I like the least is pull-ups and “Erg” as a workout finisher

Why did you choose BLN?

I was looking for a gym that offered both CrossFit and Bodyweight classes so I could build up my strength. After seeing the location and getting to know the people, I knew it was a good fit.

What is your favorite course?

Powerhouse — this class builds the strength that makes it easier for me to get started from bodyweight exercises to crossfit movements.

What is your favorite detail in the gym?

Everything is so well thought through. Starting with the industrial style training area, to the wooden panels at the walls and even the colourful bathrooms. But the cherry on top is the hearty atmosphere.

Body weight or dumbbells?

Both - I particularly like the variety in our courses. But if I had to choose, I'd opt for barbell training followed by a few burpees:)

What would you say to someone who is thinking about signing up for BLN.athletics and what advice would you give them?

Don't wait - we have a family atmosphere, one of the nicest studios in Berlin and a variety of different courses.

What music do you like to listen to the most when working out? Which song should not be missing from our playlist?

Techno 100% and fav song is the age of love.

What is your favorite detail in the gym?

Love that it's clean and beautiful. The showers, the floor and the equipment are fantastic and there are always hydration tablets because sweat “is real” and hydration “is key.” In addition to the location and the equipment, I LOVE the community, the people at the bar are always nice and you feel very welcome (like in a small family). And the coffee is the best.

What would you say to someone who is thinking about signing up for BLN.athletics and what advice would you give them?

If you've never done CrossFit before, this is the right place for you. Everyone greets you so warmly and you don't have to be afraid to try new things. You don't have to be a professional here, this is about exercise and fun.
