Our Mobility Class is designed for active recreation and uses equipment such as a foam roller and rubber balls. The course aims to reduce muscle tension and loosen connective tissue through a series of slow stretches and movements. It is used to prepare for the upcoming training phase and helps prevent injuries due to immobility. You will complete a series of active stretches and breathing exercises so that you feel more relaxed and better for the coming week of training.
