Every day a different workout. Our CrossFit WOD starts with a warm-up, followed by a technique or strength block before the main workout. Movements, intensity and duration change daily — no two sessions are the same. Our coaches are there every step of the way to make sure your form is on point. Some barbell experience is recommended.
