At BLN.Athletics, the WoD is different every weekday. Each session starts with a general warm-up, followed by a specific warm-up tailored to the movements of the day. After that, the coaches guide you through a technique or strength block to ensure proper execution of the movements and support strength or skill development. The session ends with a workout that varies greatly in movements, intensity, and duration. Experience with a barbell is essential.
