Want to try BLN before committing? Start with a free trial with one of our Fundamentals classes. Our coaches will guide you through the basics, answer all your questions and make sure you feel at home from day one. No experience needed, everyone is welcome.

Our Fundamentals classes are perfect for those that want to get started with, or master the foundational movements in CrossFit and Functional training. In small groups, our coaches take you through the foundational movements one by one so your form is solid and your training is safe. Come once or come back regularly. There's always something to work on.

Fundamentals

POPULAR CLASSES

CrossFit WOD

  • BEST SUITED FOR THOSE WITH SOME CROSSFIT EXPERIENCE OR IF YOU'VE COMPLETED OUR FUNDAMENTALS COURSE.

Every day a different workout. Our CrossFit WOD starts with a warm-up, followed by a technique or strength block before the main workout. Movements, intensity and duration change daily — no two sessions are the same. Our coaches are there every step of the way to make sure your form is on point. Some barbell experience is recommended.

Powerhouse

  • NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Powerhouse is where you build serious strength. Classes run in 4-week cycles with a testing week at the end so you can track your progress and see how far you've come. Each session focuses on either upper body, lower body or full body strength with some accessory work covering heavy compound movements.

Sweathouse

Sweathouse is your cardio and endurance workout. A mix of ski-erg, rowing, cycling and running combined with functional strength exercises. Movements are straightforward and beginner-friendly, and can include some bodyweight gymnastics and basic barbell work. Sessions run around 30-35 minutes including warm-up and cool-down.

Hyrox training combines running and ergometers with functional exercises in a fast-paced, sweat-inducing workout. Our classes are designed to build the endurance, strength and mental toughness you need to tackle a Hyrox race — or just take your fitness to the next level.

Team WOD

  • BEST SUITED FOR THOSE WITH SOME CROSSFIT EXPERIENCE OR IF YOU'VE COMPLETED OUR FUNDAMENTALS COURSE.

Every Saturday, we team up. Partner with 1 or 2 other people and take on a longer, more challenging workout together — sharing the load, pushing each other and having a good time doing it. A mix of movements and equipment, always different, always fun. Some CrossFit and barbell experience recommended.

Olympic Weightlifting focuses on the two classic lifts — the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. KIDS CLUB 5-8:
  • When: Thursday, 3:30 - 4:15 PM
  • We introduce children aged 5-8 to movement, coordination and fun through age-appropriate exercises and games.
PRE TEENS CLUB 8-12:
  • When: Thursday, 4:15 - 5:00 PM
  • For the 8-12 age group, we build on the basics with more structured movement, strength and coordination work. Still fun, just a bit more challenging.

High intensity, high energy. Our HIIT classes push your cardiovascular fitness with high-intensity intervals across multiple stations, a mix of bodyweight and basic equipment. No barbell, no advanced movements.

Functional Training is all about building strength that carries over into real life. Using bodyweight and simple equipment, this class works your whole body across all movement patterns — no barbell required. A great option if you want an effective workout that's a little less intense than our WOD or Powerhouse classes. All fitness levels welcome.

Our Mobility Class is designed for active recreation and uses equipment such as a foam roller and rubber balls. The course aims to reduce muscle tension and loosen connective tissue through a series of slow stretches and movements. It is used to prepare for the upcoming training phase and helps prevent injuries due to immobility. You will complete a series of active stretches and breathing exercises so that you feel more relaxed and better for the coming week of training.

Yoga at BLN is the perfect complement to your training.
