Oly Workshop: Clean
Target Audience: Athletes with basic clean experience who want to refine their technique: timing, bar path, hip extension, turnover & catch.
Important: This workshop is not for complete beginners. You should already have experience with the clean and know the basic movement. Everyone else is welcome!
What to Expect
In this 2-hour workshop, we'll break down the clean logically and clearly into its individual components, making you more confident, stronger, and more efficient in your Olympic lifting. With targeted drills, individual attention, and systematic progression, we'll work together on your technique.

- Clean Progression: High Hang → Hang → Floor (step-by-step build-up)
