HYROX Race Simulation
HYROX Berlin is coming, and this year it's bigger than ever — 8 days, the longest event here yet. If you've already signed up or are still thinking about it, now is the time to put yourself to the test.
We're running our first HYROX Simulation on Saturday 7th March to give you a taste of race day. This isn't the full simulation yet (that's coming in April, closer to the real thing), but it's your chance to experience the format, test your pacing and see what you're working with.
The Workout:

How it works:Everything runs just like the real race in Berlin. Arrive at the gym around 40 minutes before your start time, get changed, warm up and be at the start line on time. Then race through the simulation.
Total time: approx. 90 minutes
What you get:
- Mental preparation to push through a full race
- Double/single race simulation experience
- Post-sim analysis and race day strategies
Important:This is not for beginners. You should already know the stations and how they work. There is no warm-up, movement or cool-down coaching — this is a race simulation.
