Bln.Fitness Challenge: Every Saturday in September 2025

This September, every Saturday brings a new opportunity to push your limits, test your progress, and celebrate your fitness journey. The BLN.Fitness Challenge is designed to challenge different aspects of your strength, endurance, and grit — all in a supportive, community-driven atmosphere. Whether you’re chasing a new PR, curious to see where you stand, or just want to sweat alongside friends, this is for you.
The Line-Up:
- Sat 6th – Total Strength Max-Out
Time to put your raw strength to the test. Three lifts: Deadlift, Back Squat, and Shoulder Press. Go heavy, find your max, and surprise yourself with what you can move. - Sat 13th – Mini HYROX
A short & spicy version of the global fitness race. Expect runs mixed with functional fitness stations to keep your heart racing and your engine firing. - Sat 20th – AMRAP 12’ “Double Trouble Dumbbell Disco”
12 minutes of non-stop work: rope, dumbbells, sweat. A grippy, forearm-burning test of endurance and grit. - Sat 21st – Bonus! 5km Group Run
No drop, supportive, and fun. A real test of pace and mental strength, but done together with the BLN crew. - Sat 27th – 21-15-9 “Hold On For Dear Life”
A short, sharp sprint with Thrusters and Toes-to-Bar. Push the pace, leave it all out there, and finish strong. Followed by our Late Summer Party 🎉 (more below!).
