Battle Cancer returns to Berlin!

Saturday, 19 September. 9am to 5pm. It's been really exciting to be part of the event these past years. This year we've been a bit more organised, so we've grabbed 20 spots for the BLN community.
The Event
This year it's called the Hybrid 3|20, and will be a full-body test as you move through 9 stations across three zones. At each station you go 3 minutes all-out for max reps, then 2 minutes rest before the next. Think functional strength, engine work, grip, and grit, everything we already do at BLN, now put to the test.
After all nine stations, you finish with a 20-minute run for max distance as one last killer for the legs.
Movements are accessible for everyone, and you can choose between two divisions:
- Challenge: movements can be scaled. Perfect if it's your first event or competition.
- Compete: RX standards, no modifications to see where you really stand.
You can do this solo or with a partner, but we'd encourage pairing up for a more fun experience. It's always better with someone next to you. Split the stations, share the pain, celebrate together.

Prices (already discounted for BLN):
- Solo: €98.60 (normally €121.60)
- Pair: €195.20 (normally €241.20)
We've also asked Battle Cancer to put us in the early morning heats, so you can have the rest of your Saturday to celebrate (or nap/eat/repeat).
There are only 20 athlete spots up for grabs, that's a max of 10 pairs.
How to sign up
- Add your name to the sign-up sheet → Sign up here. For pairs, add both athletes' details plus your team name.
- Battle Cancer sorts the registration and heats.
- Lock in your spot with payment. We'll send you an invoice via email, or you can pay onsite next time you're in the gym.
One important thing: payment needs to be made within 2 weeks of invoicing, otherwise the spot opens back up. Paid athletes get priority, so don't wait as spots are not confirmed until payment is received.
